As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated FP Client Service Implementation Specialist to become an integral member of our close-knit team.
About the Opportunity
Maclean Partners is seeking a full-time FP Client Service Implementation Specialist to join our Financial Planning team based in Townsville, QLD.
Reporting to the Financial Planning Directors and working closely with Advisers, Managers and Paraplanners, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely implementation of financial advice while delivering exceptional service to clients and supporting the day-to-day operations of our Financial Planning division.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing implementation documentation and processing financial planning recommendations
- Coordinating investment, superannuation and insurance implementations from commencement through to completion
- Liaising with clients, advisers and product providers to ensure timely and accurate outcomes
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating information within Compass (Xplan)
- Managing client enquiries with professionalism and exceptional customer service
- Completing administration tasks and implementation activities within required timeframes
- Following up outstanding applications and provider requests to ensure advice is implemented efficiently
- Supporting Advisers, Paraplanners and the broader Financial Planning team with day-to-day operations
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have previous experience within the Financial Planning industry in a Client Service Officer, Implementation, Administration or similar support role. While implementation experience is highly regarded, we're equally interested in candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, exceptional attention to detail and a genuine willingness to learn, as full training will be provided.
Additionally, the following skills and experience will be highly regarded:
- Previous experience within Financial Planning, Wealth Management or Financial Services
- Exposure to investment, superannuation or insurance implementations
- Knowledge of Compass (Xplan) or similar financial planning software (desirable, not essential)
- Strong administrative, organisational and time management skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
